Par décision du President du 4 février 2026, il résulte que la société ECOFROST PERONNE au capital de 10 000 000,00 €, Ayant son siège social au 16 Rue Edouard Ruellé, 80440 BLANGY-TRONVILLE, immatriculée 981 100 266 RCS AMIENS, a transféré son siège social avec effet au 2 février 2026 à l’arbre de Barleux, 1 rue Salobrena, 80200 PERONNE. L’article 4 des statuts a été modifié en conséquence. Dépôt légal au GTC d’AMIENS
